Baltimore War and Community Fund.Pictured on Decal: Mother with 2 Children, 1 Child Holding American Flag, Standing inside a Giant Red \"V\". Also pictured is a Plane, Tank, Soldiers and a Battleship and 2 stars.Colors are Red, White and BlueSize: Approx. 5 3/4\" X 4\"Condition: New, Never Used, was found inside a book.
