I have sold a lot of clocks ,,But I never seen one like this ,,It has a mechanism below I, Am not sure if it is some kind of alarm clock,I don\'t know ,I wind it ,both sides wind,,I move the hands the clock when hits hour hammer swings but hits nothing ,I don\'t have a weight but when i swing the little rod it runs and don\'t stop ,This clock probable needs a few minor repairs and will be a nice rare clock,,the wood is not broken ,,But most likely had more wood decor at the bottom,,,some one removed it to make it a mantle clock,,If their are no offers and you liked to make an offer feel free..and if we agree I will end sale TY 4 LOOKING
