Very old rose gold Rolex watch, date unknown.
Messy face with some numerals worn/missing. Good clean movement, working OK if a little bit slow.No band, solid band lugs. Engraved to back with a man\'s name. Case about 26mm wide (28mm with winder) x 34mm high x 7.5mm thick.
Stamped in the case:-Rolex31World\'s Record9c392544(plus some repair marks)
Stamped on the movement:-Rolex 17 RubiesSuper BalanceSwiss Made.(A few week\'s ago there were two Rolex watches with similar looks and markings that were offered on for $6000 +and $5000+ the latter having no movement. I know little about Rolex watches and would appreciate some adviceregarding the approximate date of manufacture of this one and whether it is indeed very old and collectable.Thank you).No-one has responded to my question so I\'ll just have to reduce the price.Now $875, down from $1250.
