Listed is a rare Omas E.E.Ercolessi fountain pen made by beautiful green marble celluloid.
The pen was made as a celebration of the 75th anniversary of the famed E.E.Ercolessi pen shop in Italy. They took their first steps in the writing instrument world in a shop situated in one of the best shopping areas in Mian.
In 1930\'s, many of the Ercolessi fountain pens were manufactured by Omas in Bologna. For this reason Lucia Ercolessi asked Omas to produce a marble-finish green celluloid pen in limited edition of 1921 pieces world wide in order to celebrateE.E.Ercolessi\'s 75th anniversary.It moldelled on the original safety pen produced by Edgardo Ercolessi in 1921. This pen listed was marked 1662/1921 on the section.
The Ercolessi features a unique beautiful 18K Gold Medium Nib and Piston-filling System.It comes with a beautiful mahogany and cedar presentation box. The smell of rich cedar eminates as the lid is opened, displaying the pen and ink perfectly.
This pen is about 13.5 cm long cap closed, about 12.5 cm without the cap. It was grinted to an OF when I purchased it.
The pen is in absolutely mint condition, fully working. There are no scraches, cracks or damages. The ink bottle is emepty.
