We are pleased to offer for sale this exceptional 19th Century French sterling silver creamer

crafted by the celebrated master Paris silversmith Emile Hugo.

The large and heavy creamer features 4 sturdy legs. It\'s bulbous shaped body is etched

in an appealing foliage pattern ofleaves and scrolls. It also features 3 impressive cartouches

with NO monograms.

The capacity of the creamer is 8 generous fluid ounces. It measures approximately 6.1/3\"

in length, from one extreme to the other. The opening is approximately 4\" in length and 3\" in width

from one extreme to the other. The weight in French sterling silver is 223 grams.

Thecreamer bears the French Minerva, First Standard,assay mark that denotes.950 sterling silver content..

The piece also bears the maker\'s markfor Emile Hugo...circa 1875. The creamer is in outstanding condition.
