Base is marked / hand painted / 9A253 - and still has the foil \"Relco\" sticker.It has a bamboo handle. It measures 6\" tall. This type ware was crudely made with slight imperfections but it is in great condition. Condition : no chips, cracks, scuffs, or repairs..it has overall very mild crazing.
