- Returned item must be received by us in the condition it was sent.
- If the reason for return is something we did wrong, including damage in transit, you will receive a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping back to us, using our own chosen carrier. Please keep original packaging for the return shipment.
- If the reason for return is not something we did wrong, we ask that you arrange and pay for the shipping to us. In some cases, your refund may have our initial shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
- If you are in the USA or Canada, to save international shipping costs, returns are to our location in Georgia, USA. A very rough estimate of how much shipping will cost you, for a USA/Canada return, would be around $60 to $100.
- If you are in the UK or elsewhere, returns are to our office in Essex, UK. A rough estimate of how much shipping will cost you, for a UK to UK return would be around £20. For other locations, please feel free to ask us for a return shipping cost estimate.
