Hello, up for sale is anReproduction of a Classic Vintage 1923 Grace S. Putnam German Bye - Lo Baby Doll, with fixed painted blue eyes with markings on the back of neck (see pictures). Although the markings read 1923 Grace S. Putnam Germany, it is most likely made from an mold of an original dolls head so the markings would have been from the original molded head. Original Bye-Lo babies heads were made of Bisque, however the head and hands of this reproduction may be made of plaster or resin and then painted.

The clothing and the body is nice and clean, no stains. The body is made of cloth and has a slip over the under wear and a long gown with lace and a bonnet ribbon and lace accents. This is NOT a dirty musty smelly doll. This doll has been well cared for. I do not know the original date of this reproduction but this doll has beenpart of my collection for more than 10 years and now it\'s time to find it a new caring home.

This is a nice doll for a low price and it has been on display in a dust free glass case, in a smoke and pet free home.
