A restored Esterbrook grey striated lever-fill fountain pen with nickel-plated trim & black tassies in the ends of the cap & barrel. This is an LJ model measuring 13cm capped with a cap diameter of 1cm approx.

The pen has a rare 3000 series nib - a 3668 nib (Firm Medium). Rarer still, the nib is gold plated - one of only 5 or less gold-plated nibs made by Esterbrook in their entire range of over 50 nibs.

The pen is in very good condition with no tarnishing of the trim or any obvious nicks or surface scratches. Its been stripped, gently cleaned & a new sac fitted.

Esterbrook’s have become increasingly collectable due largely to their durability & inter-changeable nibs. This is an opportunity to add one to a collection in great condition with the added benefit of a rare nib.
