You are being offered a Large, Chinese, Fully Reticulated, Porcelain VASE with a Blanc De Chine Glaze that was made in China most likely during the 1950’s or 1960’s. This LARGE DOUBLE GOURD vase is 13\" tall.

MARK: WAI MING HONG KONG on the bottom.

It has “WAI MING/HONG KONG“ printed in raised Letters on the Bottom of its Base. At first, we believed it was made in Hong Kong, but our research revealed that Wai Ming was an Importer/Exporter located in Hong Kong during the mid-20th Century who specialized in 20th Century Blanc De Chine Glazed Porcelain Figurines and Reticulated Porcelain Vases and Ginger Jars. We came to this conclusion after finding the Identical Writing on a Vase on the Chinese Marks Web Site and confirmed our findings when we found another Identically Glazed and Reticulated Pattern on a Vase, which had been converted to a Lamp, in an sale Catalog that attributed it to Wai Ming during this Time Period. This led us to notice the Factory Drilled Holes on the Bottom of this VASE so that it too, can be Converted to a Very Impressive Lamp Base without damaging the Porcelain.
