This set is composed of 2 pieces of Lalique Crystal from France. The first is the Lion sculpture Bamara and the second is his Lioness, Simba. Created by Marie-Claude Lalique in 1987, the Bamara Lion sculpture joins Lalique’s vast animal kingdom: a majestic and vigorous lion, king of the jungle, symbol of power and will. His name, Bamara, means \'lion\' in an Oriental African dialect. They each have some defects which are described below. They are both signed.
