Not sure but this is either a throttle handle, a reverse handle, or a switch for a trolley, not sure, it’s about 6” long, all steel, weighs about 14 oz, looks like maybe nickel type steel, I don’t see any markings.

The photo instruction photo I have included in the photo’s is from an SD35-SDP35 and you can see it looks similar in design.
