Frame is approx 22.5 x 12.5\" out to out~~Glass is approx 20x10.25\"~~~Frame has been repaired? with wax in the top right hand corner~~Remainder of details on frame look ok~~Frame has been repainted silver~~There are spots where the paint on the glass has been \"lifted\", mostly in the corners~~There is some mother of pearl in the design~~I do not know where this castle or building is....The back has the original backing board and wire (Which needs to be fixed)~~I will secure the glass in the frame as best I can before shipping~~No markings as to the location on the painting
