This is a great vintage 1980 Rickenbacker 4080 Double Neck Guitar. This double neck features a 4 string bass on the top and a 6 string guitar on the bottom. Two pickups per neck, two volume and tone controls and one blend knob. The finish on this guitar has some slight issues. The finish shows some slight spotting around the guitar on the front and back of the headstocks and on the body. This spotting should be visible in the photos. The guitar includes a letter from Gruhn Guitars in Nashville certifying that the guitar is in excellent condition and has an original finish. The letter also states that the guitar conforms with the standard description for this model as well as dates the guitar to 1980. Overall the guitar is in good condition and has no other issues besides the slight spotting on the back of the headstock. Also included is an original Rickenbacker Double Neck guitar case.
