Rockola jukebox control and cable with plug for late 60s to 70s and later. The cable is around 55 feet. The item has been in my warehouse for over 10 years, the cable and control will have some paint on it and needs a good cleaning, it has one area in the last picture where the insulation is torn, but has NOT cut through the wires. I remember it worked fine when I took it out of a bar, so there is no reason it should not work fine now.
