This bilingual overprint was applied by former Horthyst postal employees (mid of Nov 1944) returned to work after the expelling of Romanian administration by the Red Army from the liberated areas of the Northern Transylvania. The text includes the Hungarian and Romanian names of Transylvania, intending to show that the mail franked with such stamps leaved not from Romania, but from a separate Transylvania. MNH,OG.
