Up for sale straight from and estate sale is a Ronald Reagan USPS Framed Commemorative Picture and Stamp (2005). The framed photo measures 15 3/4\" X 17 1/2\". The corner protectors have never been removed but it appears to have been stored in an area with some moisture. There are no water stains that I can see on the photo itself but the paper backing appears to have come in contact with moisture. As you can see in the photos, this is NOT in pristine condition and is being sold in \"as is\" condition. Even with the damage, it still looks nice in a display cabinet or as a wall hanging and would be a great addition to a collection.Selling/Shipping Policy:
