This is a Ronsen Regal Table Lighter. 2 1/8 inches (5.4 cm) high, 3 1/2 inches (8.9 cm) long,out2 inches (5.1 cm) wide. Untested.There is a bit of chrome flaking off where the base meets the lighter. The flint wheel turns freely, but does not produce a spark. Otherwise, very nice condition.Ihave offered several methods of shipping, and depending on zip code, there maybe a big difference between the costs.
