Roseville Pottery 6 1/4\" BLACKBERRY # 623-6 Jardinere
Naturalistic matte colours on this arts and crafts or art deco designed piece with wonderful handles on each side of the vase. The blackberry fruit and leaves are against a varigated natural background. This old Roseville art pottery jardiniere is in wonderful condition with outstanding colours in the decoration and with a high degree of SHARP mold detail. The colors are vibrant with the excellent hand painting. The glaze is a matte finish that is typical of this Roseville designed jardintere made in Zanesville, Ohio back in the 1932. The vase stands 6 1/4\" tall and 8” wide at the widest point of the vase. The Roseville blackberry vase is shown in Jack & Nancy Bomm\'s book in \"Roseville In All its Splendor\" on page 61, top group picture, 3rd row and on the far right-hand side. The handled jardiniere has NO repairs, NO hairlines, NO cracks, NO fleabites, No chips and in wonderful condition. Please see the above pictures to view this vase plus the base.
