Cosmetically like new, was on display. And was not played with. The only issue that may or may not be of concern to a prospective buyer is that this doll was placed in a vintage crib, which had a musty odor from being stored in a basement. The crib was placed inside our home and then the doll was added to it. The doll didn\'t directly contact the crib, however the odor from the crib sort of transferred into the fabric of the doll\'s dress. Thus the doll is priced low accordingly.
