Royal Doulton art nouveau vase it the very rare form called Holbein ware, I have never seen another example or know anything about it I do see that there is only one example of it shown in the Doulton book, mine measures about 8in. high by about 6 1/2in. across and looks to be in good condition, the art work on the piece is quite amazing, if you look close right under the picture of the girl on the front you will see it is signed by Noke, a lot of the art work is a squeeze bag and tends to be raised from the surface, it is marked on the bottom although it is hard to see it\'s marked Doulton Lambeth and I believe dates around 1900, it was made by the same artists that did th Kingsware pieces and I guess not a lot of it was produced because of the lengthy and complicated process, if you collect early Royal Doulton it\'s quite a piece of art work and one you probably won\'t see much of if any.
