Condition: The pieceis in gently used condition. It is free of chips, cracks, crazing, and stains but may have slight imperfections such as light scratches. We did notice some pieces have a bit of darkening to the gold overlay. As is standard with any china, there may be pieces of ash or sand caught under the glaze.

Packing: We only use new boxes designed for shipping. We also use bubble wrap and Styrofoam chips. We have been packing and shipping world wide for fourteen years so we do have the experience.
