I am offering a Royal Doulton figurine titled \"The Paisley Shawl\" This is a rather rare figuresigned: HN1988. It has mid century origins and I find it to be one of the three or four most attractive figures in the Royal Doulton repertoire. The multi-colored shawl is treated with an agent that makes the glazes \"break up\" to form a semblance of the paisley pattern of Victorian shawls from India. It is a lovely piece that shows well from all sides. She stands just under 6 inches tall
