It measures about an inch and a half tall. It is stamped Royal Doulton and hand numbered \"4\", and Made in England.
Shipping:Your item will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving paymentvia the USPS (Priority Mail or First Class if under 13 ounces), or UPS for larger ground deliveries.

I will then contact you with the new total. Typically one dollar per item is added to the combined shipping cost.. International buyers:Free shipping never applies to international buyers. Please note that does not allow sellers to see the rates that you are charged. We can only put the information into the program and count on the description to let you know your shipping costs. I cannot quote you rates. Sellers are also limited regarding the types of shipping available. Priority Mail may seem very high to you but the other choice, Worldwide Saver, is at least twice what Priority Mail costs. The most cost effective choice available to sellers is First Class International. Unfortunately, this only applies to items under 4 lbs.

Returns:I accept returns,providing that you pay the return shipping and the item arrives back in the same condition as when it left my store as evidenced by the original description and pictures. New items must be returned in original, sealed packages with tags intact.Once the I receive the item, I will refund your money. Some refunds may take up to two weeks.
