Description: Old Royal Doulton k seriesScottish terrier dog, Scotty. About 2 1/4\" high x 2 1/2\" long. Has the green underglaze hallmark with a lion and crown as shown, it says: MADE IN ENGLAND ROYAL DOULTON ENGLAND BONE CHINA. Also has a hand lettered \"K18\" (model number) and \"Z\" (initial of decorator). Excellent condition, no chips,cracks or crazing.White spots in photos are from light reflections. Colors are light grey to dark grey/black, at least on my computer the photos appear a bit brown, but it is actually grey. This model was only made from 1940-1977. Royal Doulton K series is very fun to collect- not too big, not too expensive, but very cute!

I purchased a number of animal figures from an estate with many Mortens Studio and Royal Doulton figures, among others. Mostly dogs, but also a few cats, horses and rabbits.
