We will then promptly refund themoney you paid or replace the item.

Shippingrates are sometimes tricky to estimate due to the nature of the combination ofitems being shipped. We do combine items when possible but we do not combineheavy items in the same box with delicate items. We keep in mind actual weightand dimensional weight to save our customers the most money. We are not in thebusiness of making money by over charging for shipping. We ship 95% of everythingwe sell USPS Priority Express or Priority Flat Rate. Slower delivery levels ofservice are not usually that much cheaper take a lot longer intransit andresult in more opportunities for breakage.

If you select First Class either domestic or internationalyou are not insured, we are not responsible for breakage or damage. Thinkbefore you ship. International customers we do not typically participate in ’sGlobal Shipping program you are responsible for your own duties and taxes upondelivery.
