Mint unused in primer. The one side is missing the mounting bracket but it is included for you to attach. This tank only uses one U shaped bracket which you could take off an old tank or you can buy this same tank on View other items. that comes with the bracket. This tank may be easier to deal with than trying to restore your old one or maybe you can use this on a rat rod project. The tank fits all size of ladies Monarks, 20\", 24\" and 26\" frames. Parcels over 4 pounds ship via Priority Mail International and have some loss indemnity at no charge. If you want full insurance please ask me to quote it. For orders under 4 pounds I can ship via First Class Mail International if you made that request through the mail system, however, whereas this class of mailing is usually far less than Priority Mail, this service does not allow tracking nor insurance. Therefore, an element of risk is involved using First Class mailing. However, I can provide you with a copy of my mailing receipt with verification from my post office that they received the package for mailing and can provide the customs number which sometimes is scanned along the way.
