PLEASE read the shipping information BEFORE offerding.I am a collector who often buys collections in order to get one particular stamp for my collection and I then sell the unneeded stamps so watch for new listings often. I will be mainly selling Russia and area stamps or in some situations US stamps. I strive for buyer satisfaction so your expectations are important.1.When I list stamps as used that means they are canceled. They could be CTO or postally used unless I specifically describe them. 2.MINT stamps are NOT CANCELED. I will usually say clearly whether they are MNH--mint never hinged ( no visible evidence of a hinge mark and full original gum). 3. MLH means that the stamp WILL have a hinge mark but if any hinge remnant it will be VERY SMALL. 4. MVLH means the stamp will show only a faint evidence of a mark. and all of these grades will have original gum to the best of my ability to tell unless I say otherwise. 5.MHR means the stamp has an obvious significant hinge piece(s) still attached to the stamp but it will have original gum.On newer stamps in particular the new hinges are often clear and do not detract from the general appearance of the stamp. Sometimes, on older stamps the glue will have a stained color and look like a hinge remnant.6.MNG means the stamp has no cancel mark but has no gum.Used stamps will be canceled and may have full original gum or no gum at all-sometimes if I am listing a collection or a large group of used stamps there may be stamps with defects like thins, missing perfs, and other similar faults. They may have hinge remnants or pencil marks also. If the stamp is a stamp of high value the fault will either be very obvious on the scan or will be described in the description. In all collections unless I state otherwise the general quality will be very good.I ask that if there is a problem, PLEASE be courteous enough to at least give me an opportunity to correct any problem BEFORE you leave response. I cannot make you satisfied if I do not know there is a problem. Negative and neutral response I have received was because of a buyer not letting me know a problem existed.My statement below cannot be emphasized enough.I deal by the \\\"golden Rule\\\' and want you to be satisfied always.PLEASE READ MY SHIPPING INFORMATION BEFORE offerDING.Shipping is $1.50 inside the USA and $2.00 outside the USA unless I say differently in the listing. If your total invoice (not counting any shipping cost ) is more than $50.00 and the shipping address is outside the USA I will only ship using registered mail due to \"lost\" mail problems. It will cost me more than that but I will pay charges above the $11.00 to help reduce your postage costs. I usually send the stamps the day I receive payment or the next day. Registered mail is the safest and will give a tracking number but also is the most expensive. 2.All lots won in won in a THREE day period will be shipped at NO additional cost.
