For sale is a fine large sugar tongs in the rareMYTHOLOGIQUE pattern by Gorham, introduced in 1894. The piece is 5 inches long and weighs 60 grams.The arms feature the face of the goddess Artemis with her owl perched on herhead. The piece is monogrammed “AAA” on thebend. The piece is marked with the Gorhamtrademark, “STERLING” and “PAT.1895”.<P>

Condition on the tongs is good. The pattern has minor wear from use, but itretains most of the detail. A fine andrare serving piece.<P>
