This hard-to-find, smaller-sized, 1920s Jack o\' Lantern pumpkin pirate head die cut decoration from the Golden Age of Hallowe\'en,is in excellent condition for its elderly age and the 90-something Hallowe\'ens he has seen! He smiles cheerfully in anticipation of AllHallows\' Eve.

This sea-farin\' Jack has an embossed flyingowl on his pirate hat which also was decorated with tiny Jack o\' Lanterns. Hemeasures 5 ½” x 5 ½” wide, and is made from thick, heavily-embossed cardboardor pressed paper pulp.

One just like himcan be seen on page 181 of the outstanding reference book entitled “VintageHalloween Collectibles: Third Edition” by esteemed collector, expert and authorMark B. Ledenbach. Using his relative scarcity index Mark has assigned thenumber “3” for this diecut, which means SCARCE. We are so deeply honored andgrateful that Mark invited us to showcase some of the pieces from ourcollection in this incredible book!

He has WICKEDLYwonderful color, and has only a few tiny rubs to the paint, but absolutely NObends or creases, and NO wear to the original hanging hole. He is embossedGermany.

It took me manyyears to find an example of this diecut for my own collection!
