This SCHLAGE Athens Privacy Lever is a Perfect Bargain for the Locksmith, Contractor, Remodeler, Builder, or Handyman! This lever was among the door hardware of my office building which was recently remodeled - I couldn\'t believe my eyes when the construction crew just started throwing them away! These levers retail from $270 - $440!
Lever bears the stamp \"9 - 1298\" and \"3.1.99\" inside the housing of this heavy duty, commercial-grade piece of hardware. Single cylinder keyed entry door lever comes at a fraction of a fraction of the cost these typically retail for and has some of the most relevant features including reversible left/right handling, all metal construction, fire rated construction, and Schlage\'s commercial-grade assembly. The lever does have some age/use related wear and some cosmetic blemishes due to the circumstances of its retrieval from the dumpster.Please see photos for greater detail, as they are an important part of this listing.The lever, upon information and belief, is from the Schlage Athens Collection. This privacy door lever is keyed and Seller does not have the original.
