This is a cool tea candle holder made by SEA in Kosta ,Sweden. This is a crystal “Glacier” that was designed by Renate Stock.
It is about 8” tall X 5-3/4” X 5-1/2”. It has no damage and no re[pairs. It comes with the box. The box is solid but shows a lot of surface wear.
