On offer today is a very nice set of 5 dessert spoons in HOURGLASS pattern double struck. They have an union heel. Assayed in London by premier maker Harry Emanuel. Theyare dated 1858-year letter c. Hallmarks are deep and clear. Their length is quite large at 7 inches. Collectively theyweigh a hefty 375 grams (12.06troy ounces) and each piece is made of very thick gauge silver throughout.They have very good very bowls and are engraved to the front with a divine head crest and always have been,definitely no erasures either.
Harry Emanuel worked for just one year-a very rare mark thus.
Simply beautiful spoons.
