A terrific antique, probably Swiss pinchbeck type gilt metal parure, consisting of apin, festoon necklace and top and drop-earrings; beautifully made, with ornatemounts and each set with lovely enamel (on copper) panels, finely hand painted in enamels to depictvarious high class ladies in traditional Swiss attire. The earrings with solid gold fittings.

Distinctive andhighly collectable - andvery wearable too!

CONDITION: All original andvery, very good.Hairline crack to one earring panel - of little consequence, see pics.

DATE/MARKS: Around 1820/30. Not marked.

DIMENSIONS:Necklace 16 ½ inches wearable length,earrings 2½ inches total drop, Brooch 1¼ x 1 inches.(1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.

WEIGHT: Approx.56.6grams total.
