Very versatile:

Great for soufflés, side dishes, fruit salad,applesauce,

pudding, Jello, ice cream, dipping sauces, condiments,food prep, etc.

NOTE:

It may appear that there is a chip in therim of one of the ramekins, however,

this is only a slight manufacturing indentationand not a chip.

The protective coating is intact on theentire item, including the rim.

The last photo is a yellowish color. It was necessary for me to enhance coloring

to bring out the indentation so that it canbe seen by buyers in photos.

The actual ramekin is pure white, as shownin theother photos, and the indentation

is practically undetectable. It in no way affects the usage of the ramekin.
