ITEM DESCRIPTION You are offerding on an ANTIQUE SETH THOMAS ADAMANTINE MANTEL CLOCK SOLD AS PARTS-REPAIR-RESTORATION NOT RUNNING. This clock is in NOT running condition. The movement is very dirty and in need of a serious cleaning. The crutch that attaches to the verge is broken off. There is no pendulum. This is the original Seth Thomas movement number 3 5/8 which is an 8-day time and strike movement. The clock is circa the early 1900\'s The clock features a 5-3/4\" brass bezel and dial. There is no glass in the bezel. There is no back door. The adamantine on the top of the case has approximately 17 cigarette burns varying in sizes as shown in the photo of the top. Both lion side mounts, the decorative front mounts and the paw feet are all in good condition. There is a label on the back of the case which is difficult to decipher, but it looks like a Seth Thomas logo in the upper left hand corner.
