Seth Thomas Thomas 18 size 11 jewel open face lever-set pocketwatch movement/dial. Scarce very early production with the 3 digit serial number of 757. Movement is fronted by its correct sunk-seconds enamel dial. Serial number is 757.

Wound tight and not running under its own power, but will try weakly if given a twist or if some extra pressure is held on the stem. Gilt plates have a bright color with fine abrasions and I think have been lightly polished at some point. Dial has scattered hairlines and some small flakes.
