Antique George W. Shiebler & Co., New York, NY, sterling silver .925 curved bowl & handle, cheese, pate or pastry serving knife slice, in the c1890 rare & unusual No. 3588 Art Nouveau floral scroll pattern & is NOT monogrammed. The knife measures approximately 6 3/8 inches long, & weighs approximately 1.455 ozt., & is marked sterling along with the winged Shiebler mark, the number 3588 & J. C. Grogan ( jeweler retailer of Pittsburgh PA 1886-1892 ).The knife is ingood antique estate condition as follows;NO REPAIRS. THERE IS SOME SCRATCHING, ONE MILD FINGER NAIL DENT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BOWL, & WEAR CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE OF THE PIECE & NORMAL USAGE.
