#1213/1500This statue is long SOLD OUT and rare to find in good condition. Limited to 1500 WORLDWIDE! Statue has been opened and checked for damage and function. It is in excellent condition. I am the original purchaser, directly from Sideshow Collectibles. Item has been stored for a while now and was never displayed. The box is in good condition with regular shelf wear, unfortunately I do not have the original cardboard mailer box. Therefore it will be re-boxed with a new
carton with extra foam/protection (even better than original shipment). I am a collector and not a re-seller, I have just amassed too many statues and am required to sell of a few. Feel free to check out some of my other sales!!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a VERY delicate statue. Even the manufacturer had a difficult time with shipments of this piece. My statue IS in fact good order AND I will include the other items I received which came broken at no extra
cost, this includes a 2nd broken torso, 2nd set of broken legs and 2nd set of one of the arms. The actual damage is minimal and can probably be repaired and be used in case any breakage does occur for you.
Please understand the delicate nature and the possibility that damage (albeit minimal) might occur during transport.
*Two torsos included look in good shape. The one that is marked \"Broken\" seems to only have his throat piece come unglued from the body piece. Otherwise the two pieces are identical.*The two leg pieces look to be the same condition. Nothing on them broken, what I believe happened with this is sideshow accidentally sent me a 2nd set of legs instead of arms by mistake.*The one broken arm piece has the shoulder piece broken off. The good piece has both attached but I believe the one may have been repaired. I know that I never repaired it myself so it must have come from sideshow like that, it has been a few years since I\'ve looked at this statue.*The sabers are all intact. Cape is excellent. The base is in good condition only thing I noticed is the plastic bottom that is glued to show the edition number and name seems to have an air bubble forming.
SHIPPINGI try and set my shipping prices as close to what I would be charged by the carrier. Shipping is quite high in Canada unlike USPS. Most shipments will ship via CanadaPost/USPS. Other methods
are available but I\'ve found from previous shipments they are usually more expensive. Please note that shipping insurance is capped at $1000CDN for US shipments and $5000CDN for Canadian shipments.
Personally I am not a fan of shipping insurance as I find trying to get any sort of payment for the damage takes an incredibly long time and is quite time consuming. A lot of personal information is required to be collected to be
sent by the shipper. I have personally received broken shipments but have absorbed the cost as I know the chance of getting a settlement, especially after the shipping company has a signature is a pain and rare. My packages are shipped with great care and if possible I will provide extra protection as long as it keeps the cost of shipping minimal. Shipments require tracking and signature, unfortunately for US shipments it requires it to be shipped via Xpresspost, an expensive but quick method.
Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and it set by your country, they are not included in the selling price.
