A book found almost always in the third printing, this is the rare first printing in collector\'s condition in a first state jacket with $13.95 price and the publisher logo on the lower spine. A near fine possibly unread copy in a near fine jacket with a small spot / stain on the upper left edge and spine as shown. Inscribed & SIGNED on the title page to Paul. (signed at a bookstore in Park Slope, Brooklyn in the late 1980s.). A beautiful copy.
