This is a great scenic slag glass panel lamp with a lighted base. The base has 2 panels of what I call rainbow glass with a nice scene. The height is approx 21\". The glass is good. The shade has 12 panels. The top 6 is again what I call rainbow glass and the bottom 6 are green. All of the glass is good. The diameter if the shade is 15\". The shade is 7 1/2\" deep. You can light the base with its on/off switch or you can light the shade with the 2 pull chain sockets, or you can light both. It is all ready to go.I am not an expert.
