Description:

This is a plain butstylish sterling silverbowl. It has a subtle circular decorationon the inner base as pictured.

The bowl stand about 3.25\" high and it has a 4.75\" diameter across the top rim.

Carrying the maker\'s mark ofrespected silversmiths Mappin & Webb and the date mark for 1907, it weighs 4 ounces (112g) on my electronicscales.

It hasthe usual light / faint age related scuffs, scratches and marksthat all silver objects tend to attract over the years,the top rim is aslightly misshapen,there are a few minor dents,dings and ripples around the bodywork commensurate with age and use. There are also a few stubborn tarnish marks in the base of the bowl that will come out with a good polish.
