Lovely Early 20th Century Solid Silver Indian/Asian Pedestal Cream Or Milk Jug
Description -Wonderful antique Indian/Asian early 20th century c1915 good gauge solid silver jug ofbulbous form and stand\'s on a single pedestal foot, the sides of the jug have been beautifully embossed and hand chased with a lion and other animals among trees and a building with a mattedbackground, this splendid jug has a handle in the form of a snakes body and with a thumb piece, The jug has no hallmarks but has been tested 900+ standard good grade solid silver.
Condition -The jug is in very good condition, there are no dents, dinks, splits, holes and repairs, the engraving is also in very good condition being crisp and clear with no wear or rubbing, also the handle is strong and secure.
Dimensions & Weight -The jug is 7.3cm in diameter x 7.5cm high (to the top of the thumb piece), the weight is 109.2 grams.
