Originally named Grimwades Brothers, the business name changed to Royal Winton in 1929. The pottery was founded in 1885 by Leonard Lumsden Grimwade. Grimwades Royal Winton pottery is famous for its Art Deco design, superb craftsmanship and hand painted detail. We collected Royal Winton many years ago. We started with one piece we inherited from Grandma and couldn\'t stop. Now we find ourselves having to part with our collection for financial reasons. Sadly!I have always loved this gorgeous rosebud set. The hand painted rose buds are so sweet. I am hoping and praying it goes to someone who appreciates the artistry and will look after it as reverently as I have. Give your house the classic, nostalgic feel with this beautiful china.
