STUNNING CHINESE EXPORT SOLID SILVER ENAMEL BOX c1940 ANTIQUE:

A stunning Chinese export silver gilt and enamel box. It is hallmarked to its base ‘A\' \'SILVER MADE IN CHINA’. I would date it to c1940. It hasbeen beautifully made having brightly coloured flowers and leaves to both itslid and sides. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes andrepairs. The inside has also been enamelled, the lid closes nice and tight. Theenamel is free from chips cracks and repairs. It measures 1.25 inches (3.2cms)by 1 inch (2.5cms) by 0.5 inches (1.4cms) tall and weighs 16 grams. A stunning littlepiece.
