This is a metal detector find from the 1970\'s from Surrey in the U.K. It is a very old piece about 1500 years old. High karat gold and heavy weighing in at 5.78 grams total. The garnet has been cracked but the gold is in amazing shape. This piece was purchased from a U.K. sale house and has the paperwork from the sale that comes with it. An amazing piece of English history and heavy at that.
