STUNNING,ART NOUVEAU framed Beatrice Parsons print of a lovely, sumptuous, COLORFUL garden scene. Art Nouveau frame includesglass. I think this entire package is from the late Art Nouveauperiod. The print is not sun-bleached or stained. It really popswith color, after all these years!

The frame is solid wood. Ithink it is hand-carved, and has slight wear on the inner-edge by theglass, probably from being stacked. Nothing out of the ordinary for a piece this old.A little gilding dabbed on will fix that right up. Itmeasures 16/5\" wide and 12\" high. This piece came from a reputable estate sale house in Upstate New York.

I\'ve never seen anything like this framebefore. The condition is excellent for itsage! You are buying this piece \"As Is.\" The picturesabove tell the whole story.

If you love Art Nouveau decorations, you\'ll not want tolet this slip by you!

Huntley Carter\'s comments in the New Age March 17, 1910, were unfairas she liked to paint at all seasons and in all weathers, in fact her firstsolo exhibition in 1904 was entitled \'Old English Gardens (Spring, Summer,Autumn & Winter)\'. Before finding her niche as a painter of gardens she hadhoped to become a painter of religious pictures in the Pre-Raphaelite style;before 1904, she also tried her hand at historical and genre scenes and stainedglass design. - Susan Selwyn, an Englishart historian doing a biography on Ms. Parsons
