THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING CUSTOM MADE VINTAGE SOLID PIECE OF .925 STERLING SILVER CHOKER COLLAR STYLE NECKLACE. I AM NOT A JEWELER BUT TOOK THIS TO A JEWELRY STORE AND THEY TOLD ME THE STONE WAS A BLUE TOPAZ. THE NECKLACE HAS A BEAUTIFUL DESIGN ON ONE SIDE AND THE OTHER IS SOLID SILVER. HAS SOME SUPERFICIAL SCRATCHES HERE AND THERE BUT PERSONALLY, I DON\'T THINK THEY ARE BAD. THE STONE MEASURES APPROX. 1\" x 2\". THE FRONT AND WIDEST PART OF OF THE SILVER PART OF THE NECKLACE MEASURES APPROX. A LITTLE LESS THAN 2 1/2\". THE OPENING IS 5.3\" FROM BACK TO FRONT AND 4.4\" FROM SIDE TO SIDE.I AMDOWNSIZING AND GOING THROUGH ALL MY CLOSETS, DRAWERS AND CHINA CLOSET SO CHECKOUT MY OTHER ITEMS.
