“Tell Your Children – the Scourge of Marijuana!”(w/great graphics of skull & joint) / Howard Theatre Week Beg. Sun. Oct. 13th /Marijuana A Moment of ecstasy an eternity of hell! “Tell Your Children” It isStartling but True – graphics of seductively posed woman and of the devil.
The matchbook does not mention the movie by name butit has all the same graphics as the 1936 movie poster.
The inside cover has more advertising that isobscured from paper residue from where it was glued in an album. The inside cover also has pencil writing.
The matchbook has wear and some creasing and acouple small edge tears. Strikeplateremoved as popular with collectors of the era, a little rough but displays verywell and is extremely rare.
This Very Rare Matchbook is from 1936 era.
Postal Regulation Clarification – matchbookscontaining matches can be sent surface only and cannot be sent internationally unless I trim off the heads.
