For sale these very nice Victorian antique silver plated Asparagus Tongs - by the renowned Sheffield Silversmiths Atkin Brothers.
The Atkin Brothers makers marks date from c1853 to 1863, However I believe the tongs date from c1890s.
PLEASE NOTE - the colours and dark areas seen on the silver is background reflections - the silver is clean, bright & even in colour.
In general good antique used condition , no damage just very light usage wear , above average, clean, bright & even in colour.
Measuring approximately - 203mm(8in) x 47mm(1 7/8in) wide.
Weighing approximately - 134gms unpacked.
